Our new interim music staff will be leading our choirs and providing music for worship in the months to come.  Laura Miles and Joanne Sherman will serve as the co-directors of music.  Laura holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Longwood College and a Masters of Education from the University of Virginia.  She has served as a church musician in the past and most recently as a elementary school teacher in the Chesterfield County Schools.  Recently she attended the Julliard School of Music where she studied choral musicianship and conducting. She is a member of Salisbury Presbyterian Church.

Joanne is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a degree in voice and piano.  Later, she attended Michigan State University and received her M.A. in  Education.  She has been a member of the Salisbury Presbyterian Church Chancel Choir along with her husband Lawson over the last months, an elementary school music teacher for Chesterfield County Schools and a continuing participant with Laura in the Richmond Symphony Chorus.

David Bryson will serve as our interim church organist.  David has a variety of experiences in church service.  He has both a Bachelor and Masters degree in Organ and Music Performance from Virginia Commonwealth University.  He is originally from Richmond.
