Remember that each family unit that has signed up for a family portrait sitting receives a new free Salisbury Church Membership Directory. By now the families signed up have already received their free 8 X 10 family portrait.

The already purchased directories, along with those purchased in the Narthex, will be distributed at both services once they arrive.

BIBLE STUDY HAS NOW RESUMBED

A message from Bill and Billye Leonard:
The Thursday Morning  Retirees Bible Study class that recessed during the summer has now resumed each Thursday moring at 10:30 AM in Room 204. Please join us.

SPECIAL SPC SUMMER VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:

THE SPC Summer Food Drive is now in full force.  Each month we are asking for donations of a particular food item. THIS MONTH WE ARE ASKING FOR CANNED VEGETABLES. A trunk will be located out in the Narthex for you to place your donated food which will be collected at the end of each month and taken to the Central Virginia Food Bank.  For more information on CVFB you can go to www.feedmore.org. Let’s fill that trunk!

MORE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

RAL -THE RICHMOND ANIMAL LEAGUE NEEDS OUR HELP

and our 7th Grade Sunday School Class would like us
to help them come to the rescue by dropping off
cans of dog and cat food, dog and cat toys,
cleaning supplies, and copy paper .

There is a box in the Narthex labeled for the RAL.
The class will be delivering these goods to RAL in February.
